I needed my car serviced. Had no appointment. Waited for 2 hours to get oil, filter change & tire rotation for express service. It’s probably the norm to wait that long especially on a saturday.

I brought my car to Ingram Park to have the oil changed. Moses promptly greeted me and kept me informed of the progress. They found some worn brake pads and were able to replace while I was waiting. Since it was lunch time, another service member Joe took me to get good and brought me back. Thanks Moses and Joe and IPAC for going above n beyond my expectations!

If you are needed any type of service to your vehicle, Moses at Ingram Park Nissan is attentive, friendly and helpful. He made my visit pleasant and ensured my vehicle was taking care and eagerly attended to all my questions and concerns. Not once did he make me feel like my vehicle needed more than what I went in for. Ask for Moses.
Service advisor Moses did great helping me out. I definitely recommend working with him. The service technician and center itself could use some slight improvements. After completed services, checked under the hood and the tech didn't clean or wipe down the excess fluids that were changed out and the pad under the hood was torn. I understand how they get paid but come on, taking time to clean a mess they made is important to a customer.
Gerardo Was great at assisting us, he went out of his way to make sure our car was fixed correctly. Kept us informed. Thank you Mr.Mendoza, we will ask for you if we need our car repaired. AC is blowing cold air 😊

I needed some routine maintenance on my truck and was recommended by a friend so I decided to give them a try. Wow, from start to finish......Professional! Moses handled the check-in process and was quick, efficient and very friendly. They actually finished earlier than expected and Charles the mechanic informed me that he did a courtesy safety check on my vehicle and said " Everything was fine." Way to go the extra mile for a customer! Thanks for the great experience and I WILL BE BACK!

The wait for a diagnostic was rather lengthy but comfortable with coffee, sweets, water and breakfast tacos available . I'm just puzzled why the dealership didn't pick up on the following mechanical problems

Once I got a report what else my truck needed done and a video to see which I appreciated . I then decided to go for other work needed. No Pressure. Happy customer

Best Buds automotive would like to say thank you to Sam R. at the parts counter. It’s Monday we are putting a motor and transmission back together and could not find the converter bushing anywhere in town. We called the parts dept and Sam had us taken care of quick. 30 minutes later we are putting the converter bushing in the motor. She was very and knowledgeable, shout out to Ipac Nissan 🙌🏽

I took my car in unexpectedly on a Saturday afternoon a couple of hours before they were about to close. Bis one of the Service Advisors came over immediately to assist. I did not expect them to be able to diagnose my car that day as they were already busy and it was the weekend. Needless to say Bis and the technician's, before they closed on Saturday had looked at my vehicle figured out what was wrong. By Monday morning my car was repaired, the turnaround time and customer service were superb. I could of not been anymore pleased.
They were quick & efficient. The service technician is very professional.
