Today, I took my car to get serviced for an oil change. Usually the wait is quite long, especially being a walk in which is understandable. I was helped today by Paige who is very professional and knowledgeable. She took the time to listen to my questions and concerns and of course she also took care of everything my car needed to be serviced with. I hadn’t been here in a while & probably looked lost; he told me that everything I was concerned about could get done & they’d do a multi-point inspection to see if there was anything else I needed done while I was there. Though I have an older model car, the staff here treat it as though it were brand new and the most desirable vehicle on the road. I am always treated courteously and professionally, and the staff seems to go out of their way to show me that my business is important. I honestly look forward to my visits, as I am made to feel that I am an old friend whose company they thoroughly enjoy. I applaud the entire staff at the dealership and wish that my experience with other businesses were as enjoyable.

Raul and his team worked swiftly to get my vehicle serviced. While we were waiting for the work to be finished, the dealership offered a shuttle ride to and from the mall so we didn't have to spend all day in the waiting area.

I needed my car serviced. Had no appointment. Waited for 2 hours to get oil, filter change & tire rotation for express service. It’s probably the norm to wait that long especially on a saturday.

I brought my car to Ingram Park to have the oil changed. Moses promptly greeted me and kept me informed of the progress. They found some worn brake pads and were able to replace while I was waiting. Since it was lunch time, another service member Joe took me to get good and brought me back. Thanks Moses and Joe and IPAC for going above n beyond my expectations!

If you are needed any type of service to your vehicle, Moses at Ingram Park Nissan is attentive, friendly and helpful. He made my visit pleasant and ensured my vehicle was taking care and eagerly attended to all my questions and concerns. Not once did he make me feel like my vehicle needed more than what I went in for. Ask for Moses.
Service advisor Moses did great helping me out. I definitely recommend working with him. The service technician and center itself could use some slight improvements. After completed services, checked under the hood and the tech didn't clean or wipe down the excess fluids that were changed out and the pad under the hood was torn. I understand how they get paid but come on, taking time to clean a mess they made is important to a customer.
Gerardo Was great at assisting us, he went out of his way to make sure our car was fixed correctly. Kept us informed. Thank you Mr.Mendoza, we will ask for you if we need our car repaired. AC is blowing cold air 😊

I needed some routine maintenance on my truck and was recommended by a friend so I decided to give them a try. Wow, from start to finish......Professional! Moses handled the check-in process and was quick, efficient and very friendly. They actually finished earlier than expected and Charles the mechanic informed me that he did a courtesy safety check on my vehicle and said " Everything was fine." Way to go the extra mile for a customer! Thanks for the great experience and I WILL BE BACK!

The wait for a diagnostic was rather lengthy but comfortable with coffee, sweets, water and breakfast tacos available . I'm just puzzled why the dealership didn't pick up on the following mechanical problems
