Current Nissan One to One Rewards Promotions:

1. Nissan One to One Rewards 2012 Customer Cash Incentive

Beginning May 1, 2012, through January 3, 2013, any enrolled or newly-enrolled One to One Rewards member that purchases a new Nissan vehicle will receive an award of $250 on their Nissan One to One Rewards card to use towards the purchase of a second new Nissan vehicle (excludes Leaf, GTR, and 1.6L Versa Sedan) between May 1, 2012, and March 31, 2013.

If the second new Nissan vehicle for purchase is a Nissan Altima or Quest, the $250 automatically doubles to $500!

*All unused funds earned as a result of this promotion will expire and be removed from customer accounts on April 1, 2013.

2. Pre-Owned Vehicle Promotion

Beginning April 3, 2012 through July 2, 2012, any enrolled or newly-enrolled One to One Rewards member that purchases a used Nissan vehicle will receive and award of $25 to use in either Service or Parts & Accessories. Certified Pre-Owned (CPO) units will receive an award of $50 to use in either Service or Parts & Accessories.

*All unused funds earned as a result of this promotion will expire and be removed from customer accounts on January 1, 2013.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS

Ingram Park Nissan’s One to One Rewards members will receive incentive points for every dollar spent on vehicle purchases, parts, and service at our dealership.  As an authorized Nissan dealer, our customers are assured of the availability of Genuine Nissan Parts for all vehicle maintenance and repair needs.

The Ingram Park Nissan One to One Rewards is a loyalty program sponsored by Ingram Park Nissan that allows owners to earn incentive points toward future service, parts and accessory purchases.  Acquisitions include new and used vehicle purchases, service labor, and parts/accessories from Ingram Park Nissan.  All earned award points can be used for retail purchases at Ingram Park Nissan only.  

PROGRAM RULES

1. One award point is equal to one dollar
2. Points cannot be redeemed for cash.
3. Any item purchased through the One to One Rewards program cannot be returned for cash.  All returned items’ value will be applied to the One to One Rewards card.  No exceptions.
4. Membership and points may not be transferred from account to account.  At no time can Members pool accumulated points to increase standing.  Membership and points cannot be sold, bartered, brokered, or transferred for any reason including death and domestic matters. 
5. Transaction credits will be posted within 30 days of the qualified transaction date.
6. When redeeming points toward a qualified purchase, members must present a valid membership card containing their accumulated points with proper identification.
7. Only one account’s points may be redeemed per qualified purchase.
8. Membership cards remain the property of Ingram Park Nissan and must be surrendered upon request.
9. Participation in the One to One Rewards is offered at the sole discretion of Ingram Park Nissan and may be terminated at any time without prior notice.
10. Ingram Park Nissan reserves the right to disqualify any person(s) from participation if, in its sole judgment, the member violates the rules, terms, and/or regulations governing this program.  In the event of disqualification or program termination, accumulated points will be immediately terminated and are no longer redeemable.
11. All members must be 18 years of age to participate.
12. Employees are not eligible to participate in this program.
13. Fleet or wholesale customers are not eligible to participate in this program.
14. The program has no pre-determined termination date; however, the program may be terminated at any time without prior notice at the wishes of Ingram Park Nissan or its affiliates.
15. Award points can only be earned on cash purchases.  You cannot accrue points on warrant, insurance, or extended warranty purchases.
16. Ingram Park Nissan may change the One to One Rewards rules, regulations, benefits, conditions of participation, or point levels for awards, in whole or in part, at any time and without notice.
17. Award points cannot be used in conjunction with other specials, discounts, and/or coupons.

EARNING PROGRAM POINTS

1. Upon enrollment in the Program, the participant will receive an Ingram Park Nissan Rewards Card.  The card is to be used for each eligible purchase. 
2. Incentive points can be earned in the following manners:
3. Vehicle purchases earn $200 toward a future vehicle purchase
4. Each retail service, parts, or accessories purchase earns 5% of the total (less tax) towards a future retail service, parts, or accessories purchase.
5. Maximum award redemption levels are 200 points towards a new or used vehicle purchase and 150 points towards service, parts, or accessories purchases.  Program is limited to a maximum accumulation of 1500 points

GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS

1. Participation in the program constitutes each participant’s full and unconditional agreement to these Terms and Conditions.
2. The personal information that is collected from each customer in connection with the Program will be used in accordance with Ingram Park Nissan’s Privacy Policy:
   1. We do not disclose, nor do we reserve the right to disclose, any nonpublic personal information about our consumers, customers or former customers to anyone, except as permitted by law.  We may disclose nonpublic personal information about you, as a consumer, customer or former customer, to non-affiliated third parties as permitted by law. 
   2. We restrict access to nonpublic personal information about you to those employees who need to know that information to provide products or service to you.  We maintain physical, electronic, and procedural safeguards that comply with federal regulations to guard your nonpublic personal information.
3. Accrued One to One Rewards Points do not constitute the property of a One to One Rewards participant and have no value outside of the program.  Program Owner points are credits that Ingram Park Nissan may revoke at any time as set forth herein.  Reward points may not be exchanged for cash, assigned, bartered, or transferred.
4. Each Program participant is responsible for ensuring that the information in his/her account is accurate and kept current.
5. These Terms and Conditions are governed by and interpreted under the laws of the State of Texas.  These Terms and Conditions and any documents it incorporates set forth the entire understanding between the parties with respect to the subject matter hereof.
6. Abuse of the One to One Rewards (including failure to follow program policies and procedures, the sale or barter of award points and any misrepresentation of fact relating thereto, or any other improper conduct, as determined by Ingram Park Nissan, at its sole judgment, any untoward or harassing behavior with reference to any Ingram Park Nissan employees or any refusal to honor Ingram Park Nissan employees’ instructions) may result in cancellation of the members account and future disqualification from program participation, as well as forfeiture of all points accrued. 
7. Limitation of Liability governs that each Program participant accepts all responsibility for and hereby indemnifies and holds harmless Ingram Park Nissan, and each of their related companies and respective officers, directors, employees, shareholders, agents, and successors and assign the Released Parties from and against any claims that may arise from actions taken by such Member or for any unauthorized access to One to One Rewards’s account from a third party.  Under no circumstances, including but not limited to negligence, shall the Released Parties be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages arising out of the program. 
8. If any provision of these Terms and Conditions is found to be invalid or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, such provision shall be severed from the remainder of these Terms and Conditions, which shall otherwise remain in force.
